Hi,

If you have a Creative Cloud subscription then you don't require a serial number to activate it, all you need to do is to sign in with your Adobe ID ( Email used while purchasing ) in the Creative Cloud app to Activate your membership. See,

I have checked with your Adobe Id on forums there is no Active subscription on it.

If you have any other Adobe id please Try activating the products with that.
