Hi,

I had to recover my computer to factory setting and need to reinstall photoshop CS6.  I lost my physical copy but did register the program when purchased in 2012.  A download link would be appreciated.

Best Regards,

Hiep

I have the serial number under my profile but there is no link for downloading the program where I find my registered product.

Adobe removed old links from public view https://theblog.adobe.com/changes-to-creative-cloud-download-availability

-also read https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-limits-software-downloads.html

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The process below WILL NOT WORK if you have a (CS6 or earlier) serial number for an education or volume version, since the only downloads now available are the retail installers, which DO NOT work with an education or volume serial number

Go to https://www.adobe.com/about-adobe/contact.html

-click on the Chat bot on the bottom right hand corner of the first screen

--the chat bot is the circle with a funny looking box with 3 dots inside

-click on Downloading or Installing, then type Agent

Do NOT let the support agent tell you to come to the forums for help... no user in a public forum has access to Adobe's internal links, you MUST obtain the program and update links from Adobe support

AND when you finally do have a download link, be sure to copy every file you download to an external drive (or 2 or 3) so you never have to hunt for download links if they are moved again... also make a text file containing ALL of your serial numbers and copy that file as well

Adobe may have messed their user account history order like they have done with mine.  In My Products shows all my Products serial numbers. I purchased  directly from Adobe.  My Order History shows only My subscription and CS6.  My other Products are missing and when I click on my CS6 order history to get the download the web process reports I have no order history. The order history I clicked on  does not work state what I clicked on is an Adobe Web Ghost. Yet My Products shows Photoshop version 13.0 which is CS6  was registered two days after the order date on record  Ordere history May 8, 2012  My Product  May 10 2012.

John, the only downloads available are for people who choose Electronic Software Distribution at the time of purchase.  If you purchased Creative Suite on CD or DVD, then you will need to contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care to request a link to the retail installation files.

I guess I'm lucky then I still have my Adobe CS6 DVD but not so lucky that I have my CS2 and CS3 disk for they will no longer activate. Adobe Support should be better than it is IMO....
