Never buy an Adobe product through Amazon?

I bought Photoshop Elements 14 on Prime Tuesday through Amazon and it is impossible to load.  It gets to extract and spins and spins and, you get it.  I am not unfamiliar with the computer and even had my friend who is in the computer-solving business take a look at it remotely for 1 1/2 hours and he finally gave up.  I have my product key but is there someone out there who can help me?  Adobe, when I called them, were unhelpful, sent me to one of there chatrooms and that was a disaster.

Is it possible to get someone live in Adobe's tech department to give me a hand?

Make sure you have the correct platform version for the machine you are trying to install it on.

You can also download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
