NO SUBSCRIBTION FOUND

Hi, i am new

I am working in college. And we had 17 deployed Adobe CC packages.  And i saw that one device license was deactivated for some reason. But i did not know what to do with that device.

Then a month ago we got another 25 licenses, and deployed on new devices and i have one spare, but since this computer had a license but was deactivated, it just goes to trial mode and if i press "License this software" it just says that there is "No Subscription found"

What do i do? How do i force this device to use new license instead of the deactivated one?

P.S. I use the Adobe Cleaner tool dozens of times.

This gets me totally NOWHERE. I go round and round this "Support Contact Customer Care" which goes in circles, can't call pretty much anywhere, all numbers pretty much just don't exist. Wrote to chat, nobody responds.

Okey, so i used again Adobe Cleaner, deleted everyting Adobe related in the Mac i could find. Then opened the Adobe Packager. created new Device based license. Notice how it shows 42 licenses. 41 of them is already activated on devices, and there is 43rd, which is that disabled for some reason which is already causing problems, so there is definetly one left to be activated.

Then i launched RemoveVolumeSerial: I got both results 0. As far as i know, it's a good thing??
Then launched the AdobeSerialization: Results as shown 5120 and 20. Could not find what those mean.

Still get the 00 days left trial. Any other ideas?
