Olympus RAW no preview thumbs

I used to be able to see thumbs of RAW files where now I just se ORF symbols. How can I get my previews back please? Same computer as before, Win 10. Latest CC. JPEG review thumbs are fine.

Because you are looking at them in the Windows File manager. View them in Bridge or LR Classic.
