On iMac with sonoma 14.2, Installation of Acrobat pro gets stuck at 42%

I cannot install Acrobat pro. I already installed Photoshop witout any problem, from Creative Cloud. See screenshot attached. I already waited for more than 1 hour.?Internet connection is wotking ok.

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

and restart your computer.
