you can install some adobe programs on another drive (but some files will still be placed on your c drive).  when installing, choose a custom installation.

Thanks, I chatted with Adobe and got the programs move to the D drive. Since then, I have found the appdata/roaming/adobe file that has a ton of disk space (32 gigs) still used on the C Drive. How can I move this folder over to the D Drive as well?

like i mentioned, some files will still be placed on your c drive.  moving them may cause problems.
