Paying for no abo

Hi

I had an abo for one month for indesign for 33,69 € in January.

But the amount will tranform form my account every month since then.

Please help me to cancel this.

When you sign up for creative cloud, you are automatically renewed each month until you cancel. That is why you saw the fee charged each month.

Creative Cloud for individual

Month-to-Month

The service begins when we confirm your initial payment. We will charge you the fee stated at the time of purchase monthly until you cancel. Once the fee has been charged at the start of each month, that charge is final and no refund is available. The fee is subject to change—but we’ll always notify you beforehand. You can cancel anytime by visiting your Manage Account page or contacting Customer Support. Canceling your membership stops the charge at the start of your next billing term—but your service will continue through the end of your current term.

If you have a month to month Creative Cloud Complete, Single App, or Photography plan and no longer need it,  then please see Cancel your membership or subscription | Creative Cloud for information on how to cancel your membership from the Manage Account page.
