Hi I was waiting at least an hour for getting support, which never came. What the heck is all about this waiting time? That's waste of my precious time...! (see prints I took when I began to be impatient, but nothing never happended...)

But anyway... my question til support was following...

I cant find the 2019-version/update of Photoshope in my creative cloud app. Do you know why? See print attached

Mark.

As Bani says, check if your computer and operating system are compatible with CC 2019  system requirements.

By the way, I have Photoshop CC 2019 installed but, to make things as confusing as possible, the Cloud desktop app only shows it as Photoshop CC.

Hi FuturelineMediaDenmark,

So sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

As you have mentioned you are unable to see the CC 2019 apps listed in the CC desktop app, this can happen if the system requirements are not met. CC 2019 apps are available for macOS Sierra 10.12 or later only, to know more please see OS support for CC 2019 apps.

Let me know if you have any more queries.
