If you have a subscription. Connect to the Internet. Open Photoshop CC and use menu Help>Sign In. Sign into Adobe Cloud with your Adobe UserID that has the subscription. Photoshop CC should Activate.

On signing in, Photoshop cc appears as a trial with the "Sign In Required " panel appearing.
If I click on License this software, I get the request for a "Serial Number" which I don't have.
I have neen through a great many suggestions as to what to do, but I always end up here.
Thank you

There is no serial # for CC, just your Adobe ID. Try signing out, then signing back in.

If you continue to have a problem opening Photoshop CC and can not get to the sign. You may need to use Adobe cleaner to remove their software then download the latest Adobe Cloud Desktop Application. Install it sign into the Cloud and install Photoshop from the Cloud desktop application.

I hav just tried your suggestion and have the same result – still Photoshop trial.
However I uninstalled only Creative Cloud and Photoshop CC.
Should I have uninstalled all Adobe programmesfrom the computer?
Thank you once more for your interest, time and help.

PS-CC shouldn’t ask for a serial number. Are you sure you’re installed PS-CC and not PS-CS6? When you have whatever you have installed again, do Help About / Photoshop and see what version is reported 13.x.x 14.x.x, etc.
Where are you downloading PS-CC from, exactly?

Thank you for your input.
I looked at Help About Photoshop. The programme came up with Adobe Photoshop CC Version 14.2 x64.
After doing a Cleaner Tool installation I downloaded it from creative.Adobe.com.

If you can use menu Help>About Photoshop can you see Help>Sign In or Help>Sign 0ut??? They are used to Activate and Deactivate Photoshop CC installs.

Thank you for your continuing interest.
I can only load it as a trial, and on the Help menu I can see Sign Out with my sign in ID, but not Sign In.

When you sing in to adobe.com in a web browser and use the pop down link under you name My products and services. Does that page show the your user ID has a subscription? There should also be a link to your serial number in you list of products. However you do not enter that you just sign in.

One thing I notice is the Photoshop photo pgrm is not listed as a product in use make sure the userID shown in the menu Help Sign out is the same id as your above list is for. If not signout. That will the change to sign in. Sign in and see if CC acrivares, Also look at your Adobe Cloud Desktop Application. Which Apps show installed and up to date.

JJMack, everything works fine for me, too, but instead of Photoshop Photography Program listed under Registered Products, I have a second Lightroom 5 shown, so there is some variation amongst how things look once the photography program is purchased, and may depend on when and which variation. I have the C3+ version from last September, before the no-C3+-needed offer nearer the end of the year.
The fact neither the Photoshop Photo Program nor Lightroom 5 is listed uner xebec12's registered products is something to wonder about, and may be indicative of their underlying problem or just be another varation in how things are recorded in the registered products section.

Does Sign In work for you if it does it should change to Sign Out(userid) and CC will have been activated. Sign in shows the product has not been activated on the machine. If sign in does not work contact Adobe support their Activation servers may think you have two current activation on other machines. These forums are user forums user here are not Adobe employees we can not fix problems on Adobe servers on with user accounts. If sign in does not activate CC contact Adobe support.
