I have successfully installed photoshop CS5.1 and it accepted my serial code during installation but now when I launch the program, it asks to enter my serial code, which I did and it was correct and then enter my Adobe ID, which I did and it asked me to try again and to launch the program again and then enter the serial code and Adobe ID again, I have done this several times and the 'try again' screen keeps appearing. Any ideas on how to get through this stage? Thanks.
