photoshop download stuck at 7%

I am trying to download photoshop, but every time i start the download it freezes at 7% and wont go past that. I have already used creative cloud cleaner and it did not help.

I'm having the same issue! Just downloaded Illustrator from CC, no problem; but Photoshop installs up to 7% before failing.
