Photoshop Elements 14 for MAC License Does Not Work - WHY???

Did anyone ever resolve your problem?  As I am having the exact same problem.  I have the new 5K, 27" Mac.  I purchased Photoshop Elements 14 and the license does not work and I have the correct 64 bit MAC version, too.  Can't find a support number or email address.  Any suggestions?

Does Windows 64 version of Elements 14, with 64 bit run on a mac? I have not downloaded it yet. Rather I have a trail version that expired. Followed the Activate This Software option, paid my $99.00 and received license number in my email. It DOES NOT work. And yes, I've checked and rechecked the serial number three times.  Thanks in advance to anyone who can figure out this mess.

no.

you need a different installer for the different os and they have different serial numbers.

You did not read/grasp my problem correctly.  The installer is part of the trail version. I simply used the option found in the trail version to purchase the license. Paid the fee and the license was sent to my email address. I then plugged/entered in the license # and it does not work. So what different installer are you talking about? So I am not to use the installer that came with the trail version??? Thus I am not suppose to use Adobe's installer that came with the program???????

I had problems installing photoshop elements 13 on my mac and had to contact customer service last year and they were able to reset it where I could download the full program.

I called 800-833-6687 and followed the prompts and selected License Support and then selected Elements. I than got a recording stating that they no longer offer support for Elements. What kind of crap is that???   Take my money and if something goes wrong, customers are on their own???   Last time I checked, (as I use to run a brick and motor store) I could not sell stuff and not provide a means for customers to get their money back if I could not resolve the matter.

I'll call once last time tomorrow when they open, and try to trick their phone system into letting me talk to someone live.
