Photoshop Elements and Won't Install on Mac

Just bought a download version of Photoshop Elements. Trying to install on a Mac with Monterrey 12.1. First attempt it reached 7% and locked. Second attempt 9% and locked.  Any ideas?Screen Shot 2022-01-09 at 17.22.02.png

If yes, try installing Rosetta 2 by Apple.
