Photoshop Error Code U44M1P7

I purchased a Creatice Cloud plan this morning. I downloaded the Lightrom component after a few attempts with issues. I then tried to download the Photoshop CC component with no luck. I checked the support page and uninstalled Adobe CC and reinstalled it. Still no luck doenlaoding the PS CC. I still receive the error code of U44M1P7.
