Photoshop ID Password trouble.

I installed Photoshop CS5 on my new computer (since I don't use the old one) but I'm having trouble with the Adobe ID. it keeps saying the e-mail address and password don't match and I don't want to have to keep skipping it to use Photoshop.

sign out of adobe.com and then sign back in use the ps adobe id.  there will be a 'forget password?' link that will allow you to have that password emailed to you.
