photoshop says im on a free trial when i have a school account that covers all

recently i have installed photoshop and was delighted when i figured out now i can use it now, because my school pays for it and i have used it in school myself. when i installed it it said that i was on a free trial even though i know that the school is paying for my account. how do i get the full photoshop without the trial?
