Photoshop showing as trial after updating to 2018 version

Dear Dev Team,

I do have a specific question, and no idea where else to post it:

Ever since I uptaded my Photoshop to the 2018 Version, it is only available in its Test version.

I keep getting messages about my remaining days, even though all my payments went through - I doublechecked.

I've had the PS + Lightroom Abo for a very long time, and never had issues like this.

I hope you have an idea about what's going on - maybe it's a harmless bug?

Thanks in advance,

Kind regards, R.S.
