Preciso atualizar o lightroom, mas aparece aviso dizendo que somente atraves do creative cloud desktop. Ele nao aparece no meu computado. Já instalei varias vezes, mas não consigo acessar o creative para aturalizar o lightroon. Windows 8.1 64bits

Preciso atualizar o lightroom, mas aparece aviso dizendo que somente atraves do creative cloud desktop. Ele nao aparece no meu computador. Já instalei varias vezes, mas não consigo acessar o creative para atualizar o lightroon. Tenho o Windows 8.1 64bits. O creative funcionava direito e o  icone dele ficava no canto do desktop e agora não tem mais. Acho a pasta onde está o programa Creative cloud, clico lá e nada. O programa não abre. Alguem pode me ajudar?

Kglad, Minha versão é Lightroom 5.7

Tenho licença perpétua deste lightroom, mas tenho também a assinatura que me dá o direito de usar o Photoshop e o Lightroom.

Pattie.F, eu tenho e pago a assinatura mensal para usar o Lightroom e o Photoshop. Somente queria atualizar o meu Lightroom que é 5.7 (licença perpétua) para o último lançamento que é Lightroom 6.0. Não conseguirei a licença perpétua do Lightroom 6, mas teho o direito de instalá-lo por causa da assinatura mensal.

Para instalar o Lightroom 6, está pedindo o Creative Cloud, que não consigo abrir no meu PC.

Lighrroom 6 is not a free upgrade from older versions of perpetual software, but rather can be purchased  here: Link to puchase Adobe Products .

Scroll down to lightroom and click "buy". Click on the selectable text by " I want to: "and select "upgrade".

However, since you have the CC photography plan, you should be able to download and install Lightroom CC 2015 from the Creative Cloud site.

Since Lightroom CC is a new product, it will not show as an update in the Adobe Application Manager.

Instead, press the  install button next to Lightroom in the Application manager.

If you don't see "install" by Lightroom in the application manager, please first try signing out and back in: sign in and sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app
