Premier Elements 12 - English version not available for download?

I bought a Photoshop/Premier Elements 12 bundle in May 2014 and now need to reinstall it on a new pc.  I have successfully done that with Photoshop Elements, but it seems that there is no download available for Premier Elements in English - although there is for other languages.

What's happening here, have I misunderstood the download site?

Then installer applies for all languages which are listed in the column corresponding to download link .

It is simply listed the middle .

The installer will automatically detects your computer's systems language and installs the app in that particular language.

Many thanks - it all works fine now. I guess I was just being a bit stupid. Broadband is very slow here so it's a big deal to download 1.5 GB just to check!
