I just purchased Premiere Pro for my Mac Pro but it will not download. I have made sure all apps are updated, which they are, and have even tried to download older versions of Premiere Pro and those will not work either.

I am sorry to hear that, Pmdewitt518. Do you ever receive any specific error messages while installing Premiere Pro CC? What version of macOS are you installing Premiere Pro CC on?

Hi, I have has adobe premiere pro on my mac and it has run perfect. I recently bought a pc and logged in to my account on which I bought premiere pro and it is saying that I have to buy it again. Any tips?

Jennifer be sure you log in to Creative Cloud Desktop app with the same account for the subscription. If you don't have Creative Cloud Desktop app, you need to get it, let us know if you need help.

sign into your account (https://account.adobe.com) and confirm your subscription. then on your pc, install the cc desktop app*. if you already have the cc desktop app installed on your pc, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
