Printing your invoice/receipt from the accounts page

I wanted to know if anyone has trouble viewing and printing their invoices. I needed to download and print for tax purposes however when I clicked on the printer icon next to the invoice I wanted only half of the invoice is visible. If I shrink and print I can't read it as it is too small. I tried a variety of printing and saving options to no avail. I use an Apple desktop. Interestingly I logged in on a windows computer at my workplace and was able to view the same invoice in full. this is quite frustrating and I am curious to know if it is an Apple/Adobe 'thing'.?

I don't have one to check, but is the invoice a PDF? If so just download it to your desktop, then print.

Hello no it’s a PDF. When I download it the file is a webarchive. I tried
to save it as a PDF but the end result was the same as the first.

I'm on a Mac. I logged in through the CC App> Manage Account. When I click Invoice and then click the Download button, I can open it in Acrobat and prints fine. I can also choose Other and open it in Preview and print from there.
Be sure to download, not just print. You might reboot if it's not working. I save all my invoices for tax purposes as well.

Hi,
If you scroll with your mouse you can see the second part but the print will show only the visible part .
You need to use the print button on this page ,the print button appears at the bottom of the page in the middle.but you need to put your mouse there to see it .

Thanks to everyone who responded with helpful advise however none of it worked and I tried it all. I did resolve it though. I logged into Adobe.com via google chrome on my Apple computer rather than the login via Creative cloud Went to my account and was able to open the invoice as a pdf and print it in full. Its seems the problem was only a problem via My Account within the Creative Cloud.
