Bonjour,
you can only deactivate using a computer that has an activated install.

So how to do when the computer doesn't exist anymore ?? (because of the crash here)

Adobe support will no longer reset an activation count... if you can't DE-activate (lost or crashed computer) and you are receiving an 'activations are used up' message, there is no solution

This is a true shame that Adobe support doesn't want to adress anymore such usual computer issue !!... So i have to give up the licence that i paid for few months ago ???... That's a non-sense !

a few months old and you've installed on 2 computers, neither of which is operable?

understood. but you're out of luck; you've lost one activation that can't be recovered.

Once again, that's a shame that Adobe support doesn't want to adress such usual issue. A very bad way to treat their customers. Definitely incomprehensible !...
