Problème d'activation Photoshop Elements après crash ordinateur (innacessible)

Bonjour,

Suite à un changement d'ordinateur (mon autre ordinateur a crashé et il est innacessible), j'ai voulu réinstaller le logiciel, mais celui-ci me dit que l'activation est impossible car il est déjà installé sur un autre ordinateur (sûrement celui qui a crashé mais auquel je n'ai plus accès). Sur mon compte Adobe il me dit que que je n'ai aucun appareil d'activé (!?). Comment faire pour pouvoir activer cette licence sur mon nouvel ordinateur ?...

PS : En plus je ne trouve aucun moyen de contacter une personne physique du support Adobe, ce que je trouve assez incroyable.

Adobe support will no longer reset an activation count... if you can't DE-activate (lost or crashed computer) and you are receiving an 'activations are used up' message, there is no solution

This is a true shame that Adobe support doesn't want to adress anymore such usual computer issue !!...  So i have to give up the licence that i paid for few months ago ???... That's a non-sense !
