problem install adobe Lightroom classic in Mac OS

i want install adobe lightroom classic in adobe creatve cloud app in mac os

but i have problem with this

1. Open the path /Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs

2. then open the file "ServiceConfig.xml" with administrative rights

- Set the value "AppsPanel" to true to grant access to "Applications".
