Problem installing PS CS5.1

Hi,

The installation of PS CS5.1 fails with the following error.

What do I have to do to get it installed?

I have tried "run as admin" and loged in as Admin.

Only other adobe software installed is PSE 6 and im using standard installation path.

I have read all guides I could find on how to fix this, nothing helped so far.

Your screenshot is not displayed.  What error message are you receiving?  I would recommend beginning with running the Adobe Support Advisor.  It is an automated tool which will look at your installation logs and attempt to locate a solution for your difficulties.

Thank you Lillmange did you also run the Adobe Support Advisor which I linked to previously?  If so did it detect any errors with your installation and provide any solutions?

Hi,

Sorry to say this: Dont you think I have tried the installation more than once?(or do you mean the support advisor installation?)

I can not find anything useful in that document, what did you find in that document?

I am sorry for stating the obvious earlier. I was looking at your error message and the doc had this solution for failed to load deployment file. If you don't find anyone else answering your question soon, use the Contact Us page (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/). You can use the options on this page, or wait till a chat window appears to talk to chat with a customer support person.

I checked the sollution and my system is up to date and is not a x64 system.
