Problem with activation

Hello, please help me with activation Adobe CS6 Design Standard UPG. I have CS4 Design Standard electronic licence (adobe volume licensing) and CS6 Design Standard in box version. Previously I have had this problem with the activation.

I reviewed your Adobe ID( email address) you have utilized to post here, as you have mentioned that you had a similar issue earlier.

Since the CS 4 is a volume license and CS 6 is a single license you'll have to get the unlocking done to activate the product, i found a case on your account with us where the same process was used to help you activate your product earlier as well.
