Problem with Adobe Application Manager

Guest
Jun 01, 2012 Jun 01, 2012

Initially I had an issue installing adobe application manager from the cloud portal. The web installer produced an error and I could not install adobe applicaiton manager. Next, I found in the forum's information in regards to downloading the administrative full installer which I did. After installation I launch the Adobe Application Manager and four boxes that turn blue in a circle appear. Eventually, I get the following message:

Note: I disabled my anti-virus, anti-virus firewall, and my windows firewall.

My network is behind a linksys router.

I am running Windows 7 Professional with SP2 and MS Office 2010

I restarted my computer twice hoping to correct the issue.

I am not a newbie to IT so please do not send me IT 101 suggestions. Thank you!

Hi Timejak,

Lets run the Adobe Cleaner Tool and use option 3 to remove Creative Cloud from the machine and then install Adobe Application Manager from the below link and try to install it.

Check if it works fine. Reply to his thread in case of same issue.
