Problem with installation of Adobe CC

My problem is I changed to iMac and I was also using a PC. My Adobe account was installed on both. I am selling my PC and only using iMac. I reformatted the old PC but did not sign out of Adobe, I also did not sign out on iMac and also reformatted it. Now when I want to download Apps the computer says TRY only and not INSTALL so I can only access a trial version. I need my account unlocked on both computers so I can use  licensed version of Adobe CC. Contacts: Norraphat at norrabhudit@hotmail.com Thank you

I have checked with your ADOBE ID there is no subscription registered on this email, if you have any other email that you might have used while subscribing for Creative cloud please mention that and i will check and let you know.
