Problems downloading illustrator and Photoshop on Macbook Pro

Hello community!

I am currently connected on my college account and recently changed my computer to Macbook Pro.
Since then I can't download Illustrator and Photoshop to my new computer even though it is a part of my plan, before it was working properly on the old computer.

Does anyone knows how can I download the programs ASAP?

If you don't give more detailed error messages, we probably can't help ASAP.

If you have an Adobe id, you may be able to check your account's availability with https://account.adobe.com. You may need to switch from a personal profile to a Teams or Enterprise profile, by signing out and signing in again. You will be asked then to sign in either the personal or the teams/enterprise profile.

You also need to know (and to tell us) what system the Mac is running. You have to check all apps to see if they are compatible. So, you can find this out using the Apple menu (top left) and choosing About This Mac,
