Getting this while trying to isntall creative cloud desktop:
AvcorpDesign the A12E5 error indicates an unknown error occurred during the download process. I'm also having this or a similar problem when trying to update my creative cloud. The installer repeatedly gives this message:
We've encountered the following issues:
Please connect to the internet, then try again
Of course, I have an internet connection and I have verified that there is no firewall blocking access. I didn't find the link above very helpful.
I would appreciate additional help if possible.

Jennifer since you are not experiencing the same difficulty as the original poster I would encourage you to create a new discussion in the Creative Cloud Download & Install forum. Please post the specifics of the error you are receiving, the operating system you are using, and the steps you have performed so far.
