Hello Brendano2847,

Yoo need to close the process ElemtsAutoAnalyser.exe(dynamiclinkmanager.exe) to continue with the installation.

Follow the steps in the below KB :- http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-installation-cannot-continue-bridge.html

Look for ElemenstAutoAnalyser.exe in Process tab of Task Manager (Windows) or Activity Monitor (Mac), close the process and click Retry.

Thanks

Assuming that you are on Windows, open the Task Manager, then close these two executables on the Processes tab.
