Hi!
I've been trying to re-install CC on my desktop PC and it freezes at 18-19% everytime.
I tried to desinstall/erase all Adobe related products with and without the Cleaner tool.
I have Windows 10 with alot of free space on my disk.
Some logs info tell me it's a proxy or maybe a missing System file...
Can someone help me with this problem?

I had the same issue.
Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available.
The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.
