Hi, I'm having a lot of problems with the creative cloud - windows 8. Today, in one computer, all softwares simply stoped. We called the support and they always ask to reinstall the cloud (hours!!!) and it didn't resolve the problem. Anyone have a clue what to do?

All programs were marked as Avaliation, as we didn't have bought it. We tried a lot of things, all instructions they passed, and nothing helped. Now, we decided to compare the files they asked to change with the other computer that is ok, and found some differences in a security file from Adobe (that we never touched), put it as the other and finnaly worked.
I don't know how long it will stay ok though. The chat support attendant said we don't conect with the server for months. How can we update the softwares, use fonts and library if we don't access the server?
There is a general problem with the instalation or conection, but they don't want to solve it, they only give instructions to a specific issue. The problem is always with the creative cloud, each time a different thing: we weren't abble to update and it stoped (3 times), now this.
