Purchased ExportPDF to convert PDF to .DOCX. New FLASH required but get version error. Help

Get the following: You don’t have the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player. You must install it to use Adobe ExportPDF.

I did update latest version, 2x now.  Have rebooted.  Have no other operations running.   Still errors out. 

Ideas?

Elev6200 do you know what version of Flash player you have installed?  If you go our Adobe Flash Player version page it will tell you what the current version is and what version you have installed.

If you already have the latest version of Flash Player and are still getting the same message, try accessing the service using a different browser or try compatibility mode if using IE 9.

Also, there is now a desktop application available which can be used to export PDF files to other formats with a single drag and drop. It only takes a few minutes to install and you dont have to login to the site to access the service. You can use the link below to download it:
