réinstallation Photoshop CS6

Bonjour à toutes et tous,je fais partie de la fédération Française de photographie d'où j'ai acheté le logiciel CS6.Hier il y a eu un problème sur mon PC et je suis entrain de réinstaller les logiciels,mais pour CS6 je n'y arrive pas .Quand je rentre mon N° serie une fenêtre s'ouvre pour effectuer une activation hors ligne et me demande un" code de demande"J'aurais besoin d'aide pour réinstaller le logiciel,Merci

J'ai rentré le code commande ainsi que le N° de série et il me dit"code de Demande non valide et N° série non valide"mais je pense avoir effectué 2 voir 3 demandes  et à chaque fois il y avait un autre N° de demande.donc je suis perdu là.Merci
