Why is Premiere Elements not included in the adobe cloud subscription??

Because Adobe includes Premiere Pro in a cloud subscription

Premiere Elements (and Photoshop Elements) are for those people who do not want a Cloud subscription, but want to do photo or video editing

That is Adobe's decision on how they market Premiere Pro -vs- Premiere Elements

There have been other discussion of the idea of adding Premiere Elements to a Cloud subscription... hasn't happened, and I doubt it will

Buring DVDs and Blu-Rays.

It just seems comical  to me, that after finishing up a project, I will render the files in Meda Encoder and create an Elements Project to burn physical Meida.

I haven't looked in awhile Easy Photo & Video Editing Software | Adobe Elements 2019 Family  but I think PE will create a DVD but not a Blu Ray
