I am in the same boat. I cancelled the subscription because I am no longer in school and they charged me $100!! I can't afford to pay that when I have bills to pay. I contacted them and they told me that the best they can do is for me to continue with the subscription and they will see if they can refund me the cancellation fee! NEVER AGAIN!

I've contacted them through chat and they just told me that I need to place a new order for them to submit a request to refund me my cancellation fee.
