Hello,

I would also like to file a complaint about the online customer service chat. I recently had an hour-long conversation with a customer service rep about renewing my CC subscription which ends in 7 days. They advised me that I had to cancel my subscription before I could buy the new one. I mentioned that I had to pay via Paypal, as my old card had expired, and they said it was fine. So they went ahead, canceled my subscription, and only then did they decide to inform me that I couldn't pay via Paypal due to the country I live in.

So now they canceled my subscription a week early, gave me no solution on how to re-subscribe, and can't undo the cancellation.

This is easily the worst customer service experience I've ever had, how could I file a formal complaint?

I see you have an Adobe account with the same as with forums. The subscription under this ID has been canceled. In order to purchase a new subscription, you can as well use your card. Did you try using your card? Do you get an error message? We will be needing more details in order to help you.

Hi Kanikas,

Yes, the customer service person I talked to canceled my account, even though I told her that I needed to renew via PayPal since my old card was expired. She canceled my subscription a week early, and only then did she inform me that I couldn't pay via PayPal due to the country I was living in. I don't need help renewing my subscription, I need help reporting the terrible customer service I encountered, so that hopefully Adobe can improve the standard of people they hire for the online chat support.

Also went on chat with absolutely no joy Invoice less than amount that went out of my account requested that my contract gets cancelled and they fix the Invoice, without resolving my issue got put through to someone else that can offer me deals and savings.  Why would I want to deal with Adobe?
