I did tried using other network,also via ethernet and over wifi
Still having same error
Am a windows user

As you've mentioned that you are getting Error code 201, i would recommend you to follow the troubleshooting shared in the below links:
Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud download and install issues.
