Extremely disappointed with ADOBE.
I had to format my notebook to install the Creative Cloud and then install Ps and the LR.
Now this Creative Cloud returned to give problems.
None of these solutions solved my problem.
I'll have to uninstall the whole package for the Creative cloud does not allow uninstallation if the PS and LR installed.
After that I'll have to install download 5GB it all again.
Great support ADOBE crap has in Brazil.
I NEVER buy ANYTHING from this company!

Extremamente desapontado com a ADOBE.
Por causa deste erro, eu tive que formatar meu notebook para instalar o Creative Cloud e depois instalar Ps e o LR.
Agora esta porcaria do Creative Cloud voltou a dar problemas.
Nenhuma destas soluções resolveu meu problema.
Vou ter que desinstalar o pacote todo pois o Creative cloud não permite desinstalação se tiver o PS e LR instalados.
Após isso terei que instalar 5GB de download de tudo novamente.
Grande porcaria de suporte a ADOBE possui no Brasil.
NUNCA mais compro NADA desta empresa!

Cape direct to notebook - OK
Firewall - OFF
AntivÃrus - Not installed
Windows 8.1 - New installation, freshly insttalled. ONLY Ps and LR app's in this machine.

Gerson Error 201 indicates that either the server response was poor or the download was paused an unable to be resumed. Both are likely due to quality of service between your location and the server utilized in your area.
I would recommend utilizing the download logs to determine the specific addresses where you are experiencing poor performance. You can find details on how to locate the download logs at Error downloading or updating Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
You can then use the information to run a Traceroute report on the server used for your region. I would recommend providing this information to your Internet Service provider so that the quality of service between you and the download server in your region.

It is the best we have q provider in Brazil and the quality is excellent.
I have 5 years and NEVER had problems only with the ADOBE.
Where are these LOGS?

Guys, thanks for the support but I saw that dozens have the same problem.
I suggest ADOBE invest more in their download servers ...
You can download 10 GB of fzr site of a fruit bowl any but the ADOBE server can not support downloads of 200 mb.

Consigo fazer download de 10 GB do site de uma fruteira qualquer mas o servidor da ADOBE não consegue suportar downloads de 200 mb.
Absurdo isso.

How many millions of concurrent downloads of W10 Microsoft had yesterday (29/07) ??
And Oracle?
And Mcafee?
E Norton?
And Apple?
And IBM?
And Intel?
And Dell?
All these companies do not give up trouble downloads up to 4GB using links with 1MB.
For a long time this was the speed of my connection and all companies above never had any problems.
Why ADOBE insists that my link 25MB have poor signal quality?
TODAY I canceled my subscription summarily.
Ridiculous an ADOBE have problems in their downloads to customers buying their software.

Eu cancelei HOJE minha assinatura sumariamente.
InadmissÃvel uma empresa do tamanho da ADOBE ter problemas nos seus downloads para clientes que compram seu software.
