I believe you are referring to the blank white window of CC desktop app.

Understanding that you are on a windows machine, please try the steps below:
- Set the permissions to 'Full Control' on Adobe folders for the all the users in the following locations:
- [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\
- [System drive]:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\
- Restart the machine.
Then launch the application and let me know if that helps!
