reactivate adobe xi

I need help reactivating Adobe XI on an old system.   I have a serial number but it wants me to activate through adobe but won't support it anymore.  Adobe customer service sent me here.

What old system... exactly what is the error message?

 

Is that old system Windows 7?

 

IF win7...
