Hello,
Just purchased perpetual Photoshop Elements 15 and Premiere Elements 15 bundle and received two product keys, all numeric but both 25 digits in length. This was purchased through AdobeEPP.
Sample:
Product Key xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx.
The first group has 5 digits, the remaining groups have 4 digits. I tried omitting the 1st digit or the last digit of the first group but the key still does not allow installation.
This is the same for both product keys I received and I did try them in both product installations with the same result.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Bertm3860226 try registering the serial number at http://www.adobe.com/. For details on how to register the serial number see Find your serial number. If the serial number is unable to be registered then I would recommend contacting the individual who made the purchase on your behalf through the Adobe Employee Purchase Program so that it can be returned.

Looks like the leading digits corresponded to the number of product keys I received. I removed them when registering on Adobe.com and they worked. Thanks for the help!
