When I attempt to update Creative Cloud programs on my new MacBook Pro, I receive a U44M1I210 error..

Programs affected are: After Effects, InDesign, Flash Pro, Prelude and Premiere Pro.

I actually uninstalled Prelude and tried to update again, but it still failed.

How do I fix this?

RickRicholson the U44M1I210 error indicates there was a failure to mount or extract the update files.  Please ensure that you have proper permission to write to your temp directory.  I would also recommend that you try creating a new administrator account to see if you face the same issue.
