Recover pre-installed Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 Pre-installed in Laptop

I got a new laptop with pre-installed Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 (part of Microsoft Productivity package), but erroneously downloaded the free version of Adobe Acrobat. How do I recover the original paid version?  How can I find the serial number of the original Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 that was pre-installed in my Lenovo laptop?  Thank you!

the serial number you can recover from your old laptop if acrobat is still activated.

the install file you can get from your account if you registered with adobe.

can you access your old computer and is acrobate still activated?

did you register your acrobat with adobe?

Preinstalled software sometime has special installation files and serial numbers that need to match the specific installation file.  You may want to check with the laptop vendor.
