Redemption Code accepted but Substance Painter is still not working

Hi,

I requested a redemtion code for substance painter a bit earlier this day and I now got the confirmation that the Redemtion Code was accepted and that I'm able to download Substance Painter within the Creative Cloud. However in my Creative Cloud App next to the Substance Painter App stands "Start Trial" instead of "Install" . I also already tried to log out of my Creative Cloud App, restart my PC and log back in but this also doesn't work.

I forgot to mention that I'm a student and I requested and recieved that redemtion code for my student account
