reinstalling an older version of photoshop

I purchased an photoshop cc 2013 and had been running it on a win 7, I just cleaned my system and reformatted and installed win 10. Before there was a way to pull up previous purchases and install them from the cloud, I have done this before on last reformat a year or so ago. I cant find where to download it now. Need help, Thanx
