Renewed without permission

Last year I got roped into a full year or else I pay for it anyway. Waited for the year to end and bam these crooks renew without my permission. Now when I try to cancel they want $270 or something for cancelling when I never agreed to renew. I'm filing a class action on this company. Hold time on thier phone line is like an hour if you can even get thier number. This is not how you do business Adobe. You will speak to me. You will cancel this subscription without penalty and refund my payment you just took from me.

What did you think was going to happen with the credit card number you gave?

When you give a credit card number does that not make you wonder what you are doing... so you will read what is on the screen?

 

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription
