My old PC died. I cannot deactivate my copy of CS3. I want to intall it on my new PC, but I have no support options available (other than this forum). How can I deactivate to reinstall? (Adobe's "Wizard" just loops to unhelpful answers)

Thanks in advance

Thanks for that. However when I click on the link, it just returns me to the wizard. Chat is disabled for me. So I can only do this deactivation (or any support) through the forum. (Previously I was able to phone in these situations, and the problem would be sorted in minutes)

I am having further difficulties. Had to close the chat window to install (prerequisite for the install.) When I returned to try and chat, the chat was already disabled. Such a rigmarole.

I am now getting the cannot find the adobepdf.dll error. I cannot extract the appropriate file from my Windows 7 disk, as it is compressed in a WIM file. How do I direct the installer to this file?
