restore license

Hello there,

I installed Adobe Cloude on two computers. A computer was damaged and I only saved the hard disk. How do I restore my license? I connected the hard disk to another computer, but the Adobe Cloude software does not start, you want to purchase another license.

What can I do?

With the machine that is currently working, go into your Adobe account online and deactivate the installation there.  Adobe ID   Then you should be able to sign in on another machine after you install the cloud manager.

Thanks Ned for the reply, but I have not solved the problem. The motherboard does not work, and I only have the hard disk. The computer does not start. I can not deactivate the license.

Can be deactivated a license even from another computer?
